Our Framework
Assessment and Discovery
Together, we'll review your business model and functions, including mapping your customer's journey from first touch through customer support. At this stage, we'll engage managers, stakeholders, and key employees in workshops to share and document processes and metrics and pain points, particularly if your processes have been more loosely defined in your business. We'll also evaluate the current state of your CRM and other software systems, identifying strengths and weaknesses.
Perform a Gap Analysis
After mapping necessary business functions to be supported in software systems, we'll identify gaps in data, process support, or user access and recommend solutions through configuration enhancements, process tweaks, automation, additional/different tools or custom development.
Charting Your Roadmap
We'll help prioritize identified issues and solutions to develop a roadmap outlining the sequence of implementation, focusing on high-value, low-effort changes for quick wins. Estimates of project duration and costs will be presented for larger initiatives.
Iterative Implementation
Our team develops system changes in manageable increments, adding features and functionality over time, and soliciting feedback from stakeholders and users throughout the process.
